Please fill out the Quote form below if you cannot find an answer to your question.
It's the most common question and on of the most difficult initial answer. The answer is: It all depends not what we do. The extent on design, the amount of coverage wrapping...etc. I break this down into 3 options:
1. Full Wrap: Full exterior covered (most commonly without roof), roof can be added.
2. Partial Wrap: Consists of 1/2-3/4 exterior coverage (no roof).
3. Logos and Lettering: Most of the paint shows through with smaller areas displayed with logo(s), services and contact information.
What usually helps to get things started is to fill out the "Request a Quote" form below. These are the most common questions that I would ask over the phone and this process helps to stay organized (through email mostly). Being a small independent shop, many times we are on site and or in the middle of projects or installation. Please leave a basic message if we miss your call.
It usually takes about 2 weeks on average (from design to installation). This could be more or less depending on the scope of the work and current workflow. Typically, less coverage, less time with design, production and installation. More coverage, more work may require more time. The separate processes include: Design, Printing/Laminating/Cutting, Prepping and Installation. *Below are typical timeframes for each of the processes.
- Initial Design: Approx. 48hours, Full Wraps may require 72 hours
- Artwork Changes: Approx 24-48 hours in most cases
- Printing/Laminating/Cutting: Approx 72 hours (please allow 1 day, following for prepping). *If printed graphics requiring contour cutting allow 1 extra day.
- Installation: 1-2 days for most vehicles (more coverage and, or larger vehicles allow approx 3 days).
It greatly helps to have the vehicle washed the day before it's scheduled for installation or to be dropped off. This depends on our scheduling and timefrme. *It is not recommended to wash, just prior to wrapping as water can get trapped in small, yet, important detailed areas. Causing Vinyl Failure. We understand this is not always an easy task especially for larger vehicles. Please understand that this can require an exceptional amount of extra time, depending on condition, when dropped off. **Additional cleaning charges may apply. It's one of the most important parts of the work.
To address this I bring up vinyl failure: (If), vinyl failure occurs it will happen in a very short amount of time. Approx. 1-5 days. If this happens Please contact us immediately. In this case the issue will be addressed and remedied on a case by case basis. Cut back, adding adhesion/repair (if possible), and, or secured to prevent further deterioration. There are many factors that can affect the condition of the wrap, such as: extreme constant sunlight, road salt in winters, (rarely) rain, wear and tear, excessive force rubbing against wrap.
I don't give a specific warranty range, as each case is too custom and independent, depending on the surface and or shape to what is being wrapped, but I do hold true to taking care of my customers as much as possible because I want you to, not only be happy with your purchase, but I want you to refer me to your friends and associates!
